PROPHECY  
OF  
DOOM

This is PROPHETS OF DOOM’s latest demo  
but I'm sorry to say that they haven't  
developed very much since their last  
one. This is typical P.O.D. though. The  
sound and production is quite bad and  
one of the things which I dislike is  
Torben's vocals. He sounds very lazy  
and unconcentrated on this demo and  
I know for sure that he can do a lot  
better. Just listen to RIGID DOMAIN’s  
demo. There he's using his voice 100%  
and that's maybe one of the reasons  
why I think "Horizon’s End" is quite  
boring to what it could normally be.  
Track 1 would certainly be "spiritual  
pollution" which is a mid paced, great  
heavy track with good guitarwork  
from Torben and good drumming  
from Michael. They've also done a re-  
recording of an old classic "Cry Of The  
Innocent" and I like it better than  
the old PROPHETS OF DOOM days.  
I don't exactly know the price of the  
demo but maybe I should do it. Write -
